Yesterday I showed you layouts with my gson Nolan.  He was my first grandchild..Today I am going to show you the Eli-boy!  He was born next and he was born on my birthday!  Doing these hops is really helping me to get my photos out of storage and onto pages where they belong.  On this day Eli was around 14 months old and he was so fascinated with all the pumpkins at the farm. At the bottom of the first page is a pic of him with his daddy who is 6' 9"!  Add that to the fact that his mommy is 6' and we have come to the conclusion that Eli is going to be a tall boy!!  :)  The square in the middle is a metal piece that reads:  "My finger may be small but I can still wrap my Daddy around it!"  The metal that the ribbon is running through says "Tradition".  And the pumpkin patch HAS become a tradition..:)

Judging by his shirt he was obviously teething!  LOL  On the second page of the layout is a poem that reads:
My Favorite Pumpkin
You are my favorite pumpkin
You are the cutest in the patch.
I love your little pumpkin nose
And pumpkin eyes that match.

I love your cute pumpkin smile,
I love your little frame
Your teeny tiny pumpkin toes
And your sweet pumpkin name!

Yes, you're my favorite pumpkin
The cutest I could ever hope to see
And I will tell everyone that I meet
That the cutest pumpkin belongs to me!

I do not know the author of this poem, if anyone else does please let me know so that I can give them the credit for it..

The metals on this page simply say..smallest...biggest..Above the poem is his name..Eli.  I received all my pumpkin embellies from others in various swaps I have been in.

Well, there you have it, my day 2 entry.  I hope you have enjoyed my layout and my Eli-boy..you can click on the pics to make them bigger if you want for details..Thank you for stopping by this hop and for leaving your comments..I have said it before..I am a rather simplistic scrapper but the boys are happy with their albums and that is all that matters to me..I will be drawing for my blog candy on Sunday..Take care everyone..

Your little pumkin guy is so cute and when he grows up these memories you will have to share with him and his children will be wonderful. scappin our kids and grandkids are the very best pages of all because they share the times we spent with them doingfun things and making those memories they grow up way to fast so you have to catch them while you can.
